Lac Des Vaux – offers a nice little steep section and a very fast loop to get six or eight runs in first thing. Try to raise your body temperature and warm up the legs. Spend some time on your technique, edge, pole plants, dynamic tuns, looking ahead.

Mont Fort – offers nice long runs and is definitely worth doing. Try to catch a day with great visibility, quiet slopes and if possible fresh snow.

The length and flow of Mont Fort is a great way to find your feet mid morning after a few warm up runs. If there is fresh pow’ you will find lots of little sections and contours to explore just of the side of the piste.
